
At the office of AEK, New Delhi,
Awaz e Khwateen successfully organised a felicitation ceremony today to honour all participants and winners of [Reel making competition on womens rights are human rights], celebrating talent, commitment, and collective effort. The event marked a moment of recognition for everyone who contributed to making the initiative impactful and inclusive.
The ceremony brought together participants, winners, community members, and supporters under one roof, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to creating equitable platforms and amplifying diverse voices. All participants were felicitated with certificates of appreciation, while winners were specially honoured for their outstanding performance and dedication.
Speaking at the occasion, members of the Awaz e Khwateen board emphasised the importance of acknowledging effort alongside achievement. Dr. Babli Parveen, Honorary convenor of AEK said that “The spirit of participation is as important as winning. Today’s felicitation is about recognising courage, consistency, and community,”
A total of 150 from 5 different took part in the competition. Each participant was felicitated with a certificate of participation, acknowledging their effort and engagement.
The winners were honoured with Cash prize along with the certificates for their exceptional performance:
First position was secured by Saniya Fatima from Jamia Fatima ghazalia, Delhi having the cash prize ₹5000, Second Position was Jannat Parveen from Garib Nawaz, Delhi having cash prize ₹3000 and Third Position were secured by Lavisha Sylva (Accountant) from West Bengal , Sidra Nazim from olividya Girls Academy, Deoband having cash prize ₹2000 each.
The event was graced by the presence of Awaz the voice’s members including Mr. Atir Khan, [chief editor of ATV], Mrs. Asha khosa Mr. CP Singh, and other team members. The ceremony was coordinated by Yusra Siddiqui and moderated by Tooba Khatoon.
The ceremony concluded with words of encouragement for future initiatives, reaffirming Awaz e Khwateen’s vision to continue nurturing inclusive spaces where voices are heard, talents are recognised, and collective growth is celebrated.
